Qair began in 1992 with a single father, a toolbox, and a belief that fair pricing and honest work would carry a business further than any clever marketing. For nearly three decades, he serviced HDB homes, condos, and small businesses across Singapore — one referral at a time.
In the early 2010s, his son joined him on the job. For ten years, he trained the way every traditional Singapore trade is passed down — hands-on, alongside his father, on real homes and real units, learning the things you can't get from a textbook.
In 2021, the son formally took over the family business. He incorporated it as QAIR ENGINEERING PTE LTD and introduced the Qair name. The values stayed exactly the same: no deposit, transparent pricing, work guaranteed. What changed is how you reach us — book online, message on WhatsApp, no phone tag.
